About Law Office of Stuart M Nachbar

I have been representing clients of all types for the past 18 years, working with personal injury clients, representing people before numerous Municipal courts, and assisting persons in the Superior Court in complex litigation. For the past 9 years, in addition to the foregoing,  I have been assisting persons in financial hardship as a Partner in a Bankruptcy Law Firm. All the while, quietly working on behalf of my own son, who has a disability, to make sure that the education he gets, is the best the school system can provide. I am now ready to assist you, with my 20 years of legal/mediation and trial experience to help make sure your child is getting all the benefits he/she is entitled to receive. Let the Law Office of Stuart M. Nachbar help you help your child or other loved one become the most they can.
